Greetings Wolf Pack Parents and Scholars,
          I am thrilled to welcome you to another exciting year at Dr. Augustine Ramirez Intermediate School. Our staff members and I are dedicated to providing a dynamic, inclusive and quality educational experience for every student walking through our gates. This year our work will be centered around “Engagement,” with the idea that true learning occurs when students are fully engaged and parents are actively involved in their scholar’s education.
           
          To ensure our work with engagement is intentional, our commitments this year will be to:
                     • Provide quality staff developments that promote rigorous, enjoyable, and accessible lessons for all students.
                     • Continue to provide a robust offering of clubs and sports throughout the year to enhance our student experience. We
                      believe that the more engaged students are in their campus community, the better they will do in school.
                     • Work in partnership with parents and provide additional opportunities to engage with our campus.

             As we prepare to embark on our new academic journey together, I would like to encourage building connections with our teachers and utilizing tools like Parent Connect. The regular monitoring of attendance habits and academic achievement helps us build a positive partnership and promote student success. As the year progresses, we look forward to helping our students be kind humans, critical thinkers, resilient and high achievers. I look forward to a year filled with growth, kindness, and excellence.
