Mathematics

math1
Our ARIS math teachers' goal is to equip each scholar with the skills needed to be successful in high school mathematics and beyond.  We strive to help students acquire analytical tools that allow them to solve real-world problems through mathematical thinking and also know when to use them.

Students who are up for the challenge of an accelerated course at ARIS should have exceeded standards (4) on their recent SBAC exams and earn an A in math to qualify for accelerated math 7 or a B to qualify for integrated math 1. Additionally, our team believes that in order for students to be successful, they should embody organizational skills, perseverance, communication skills, and self-advocacy.
